Five Star Beach

The public beach, unlike the beach of a five star resort, is littered with sticks, weeds, leaves and various types of waste such as plastics, lost shoes, styrofoam and bits of fishing nets. By carefully removing all objects and sweeping the sand, a tiny section of the public beach has briefly become transformed into a private five star resort beach.

Surrounded by filth this tiny patch is an example of what a public beach could be.

Without continuous maintenance, the beach returns to its pre-cleaning state overnight.
